July was...extremely catastrophic for me. My personal computer died a smoky, burninated death. The motherboard went and fried the power supply, and attempting to plug a new power supply into the computer made it start smoking within ten seconds. This happened right before an essay was due, of course.

My laptop had big troubles right before my final essay was due. X_X

We won't even get into the apartment disasters, aside from the fact that they were very gross and horrible, and the highlight of one of my days was the plumber showing up.

At the end of July, I got laid off. I'm on call for work and actually do have shifts scheduled for next Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

My laptop is fixed, and I'm using it as my primary computer now. I also got a scanner/printer combo for my birthday so I'll be scanning in and coloring more art soon. My birthday itself was quiet and uneventful, but that was just how I wanted it to be this year. After classes and work, and having my final exam right AFTER my birthday, I wanted something low key.
